Sorry!- We don't have a student vibe house That said, we are 2 friends (26 and 32) who have a nice family corner house in Amsterdam North. In that house we rent 2 furnished rooms (to 1 person). Room 1: private living room with TV, sofa, desk, small fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and more than enough storage space. Room 2: bedroom with bed, cozy chair and again plenty of storage space and hanging space. Bed linen is also included. We are looking for a quiet, working (internship is also possible) person between 23 and 40 years old approximately. A friendly person who is good at dealing and communicating, who sticks to common agreements and keeps common areas tidy. Common areas are: bathroom and kitchen. The ground floor (garden and our own living room) are not rented out and are therefore not common areas. We each do our own thing at home and expect the same from the future tenant. The tenant has his own living room and adjoining bedroom. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen (but not the living room/garden downstairs) are for common use.
