LAYOUT
The entrance of the house can be reached through the front garden. The front garden has space for placing a seat or planters, for example, and here is also access to the storage room.
Upon entering you enter the hall, which provides access to the meter cupboard, separate toilet room and the staircase to the first floor.
At the rear of the house is the bright living room with access to the backyard through the large sliding doors. The garden is located on the east, fully enclosed and can also be reached through a back entrance.
At the front of the house is the open, L-shaped kitchen. This is furnished with upper and lower cabinets in neutral colors and equipped with various built-in appliances. The kitchen has an oven/microwave combination, a built-in freezer and refrigerator, an induction hob, an extractor hood and a dishwasher.

On the first floor are three bedrooms, all accessible via the landing. The rooms vary in size and are suitable as main and children's rooms or as an office. The landing also gives access to the bathroom. This is tiled and equipped with a walk-in shower with glass wall, a washbasin with furniture, a floating toilet and a design radiator.

The top floor is accessible via a fixed staircase. Here is the master bedroom with dormer window and a second bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and a washbasin. There is also a wardrobe.

The entire house has a PVC floor. Solar panels have been installed on the roof to lower energy bills and make the home more sustainable.

STREET NAME
The street name Troubadour is in line with the medieval theme of the various streets in the district. In the Middle Ages, a troubadour was a traveling musician and poet, best known from the south of France, who told stories of love, chivalry and heroic deeds with his songs. This cultural figure was an important part of medieval court life and provided entertainment and inspiration.
