Room shares a spacious terrace, South-exposed; perfect on summer days.The rent, inclusive of costs such as Wi-fi, water, electricity and gas consists of 1200,00€. The Advance payment for the first month includes a 1.200€ deposit.Availability starts from June 1st 2024 till the end of August 2024. However, my presence abroad might be extended, therefore the renting agreement might be extended too for 1-2 extra months. Please note: The initial agreement covers only June-July-Auguts. Before the end of July, will be notified if the rent can be extended. Due to the short period, registration is not possibleAll the other spaces in the apartment will be shared with a male MA Greek student.
